Sunday Easter Clothes

Easter may not be until next Sunday, but we have General Conference next weekend, so I put the kids and Aaron in their Easter clothes today. (Thanks Noni!) I got Paige's bow from piggy's and petals. She does great work. It matched perfectly. I thought they looked SUPER cute so I took a few pictures. I got a new set of actions for photoshop that I played around with.

Oh I just love these kids. They sure do make me smile.

Chuck e Cheese Party

Jack got invited to a friend's birthday party at Chuck e Cheese. It was lots of fun. It was really nice of the birthday boy to include Paige in some of the fun too. She LOVED being apart of it all too.

On the way down there Paige insisted on holding the present. We were a little worried that she may not give it up when it was time.

Paige waving to the mechanical Chuck E Cheese.

Jack had lots of fun playing the games and riding on the rides.

At one point Chuck E Cheese came out and danced and Jack was all over that. He danced and sang right along with him.

They each got a pair of these 'rock star' glasses and love them, in fact they wore them to church today!

They had this blue screen where you could dance and sing with the music video. The kids could see themselves on a smaller screen in front of them. Jack LOVED this.

At one point I couldn't find Jack. Another mom spotted him. I just needed to look up!

Paige was too short for the blue screen. But it was still fun to get up close to it.

The kids had so much fun. In fact as we got back into Logan they asked if we could go back for dinner!

When I wasn't looking

Here is what happens when I am not looking! LOL

Yes that is cat food. They dumped out a brand new bag and the older bag on the floor and thought it was fun to shuffle their feet and watch the pieces fly. I am pretty sure we will be finding cat food for awhile, or maybe the cat will be useful and eat it!

Crazy Day

Last week I had to run some vinyl to Ogden. While I was down there I thought that I would go to Hancock Fabric and Joanns (theirs is bigger and better than the one in Logan). Anyway after our trip to Hancock I had to use the bathroom really really bad and we hadn't had lunch yet so I thought we would head over the Chick-Fil-A across the street. After getting the kids out of the car and into the restaurant I find out that the bathroom is out of order. Not only are their bathrooms out of order but so are all of the other business's on that block because of the construction outside. Yep those guys in the bright yellow hats hit a water line. So I quickly scoop the kids back into the car and drive to the Deseret Book a couple blocks away and relive myself. Ahhh relief. Meantime my mom had been calling me about a dress and outfit for Jack for Easter. So before we go and get lunch we go over to the Children's Place to see what she is talking about. Finally we go back to Chick-Fil-A to have lunch. Since the kids were such troppers for me I let them play on the indoor playground for awhile. What a day.

What are the kids doing?

A couple of Sundays ago it was real quiet and Aaron asked "what are the kids doing?"

Here is what we saw.

The fun continues

While my mom was in town for Paige's birthday she wanted to spend sometime with her mom. The kids and I tagged along and went down to Salt Lake the Friday after Paige's birthday. My grandma suggested that we go to the zoo. I was excited for that idea since we got a zoo membership for Christmas that we have not been able to use yet. It was fun also because it was the first time we had gone to the zoo where Paige actually cared about seeing the animals. In the past she mostly just enjoyed the stroller ride.

We got the see the baby elephant. So cute!

We also got to see the baby giraffe. Some animals are way cuter as babies!

The cats area of the zoo there was really only one to see and it was this tiger. My grandma really wanted to see more cats, maybe next time.

With my grandma's old age and my mom's lame heart, they were perfect walking buddies.

The kids rode the caurosel. Jack is funny because he likes to ride the ones that are like benches. Paige really wanted to ride a zebra but once it started she wanted down. Because she kept wanting down I had a hard time getting a good picture of them, while trying to keep her on the back of the zebra.

Then we stopped and took a little snack break.

Paige only closes her eyes like this to Noni. They have some special thing going on.

Jack was making his angry face.

Cute Boy!
